A note about references...

always put them on a separate sheet of paper when submitting with your resume and use the same letterhead as your resume and title it References.

References - Too often job seekers do not realize the importance of references.

Resumes Win Interviews, But References Win Job Offers. - Inquiring minds want to know, and no minds are more inquiring than those belonging to interviewers. As many candidates have found out the hard way, the better the job and the higher the pay, the tougher the screening process. So if you're being considered for a top job, it's likely that your references will be checked thoroughly.

References - guidelines for your job search - In selecting people to ask to serve as references for you, think about what those individuals know about you and if they can discuss your work-related qualities.

Employment References - How do you choose which ones to use?New
