Industry Canada's Community Access Program (CAP) gives thousands of Canadians affordable access to the Internet in places like schools, community centres and libraries. ATN Access Inc. provides cost-free learning disability diagnosis to unemployed adults who suspect they have a learning disability, and then uses the details ot that diagnosis to tailor specific accomodation strategies they can use to address their unique barriers to education and employment. Essential Skills Resource Centre The Centre's purpose is to facilitate the development of a person's essential skills as it relates to employment and the workplace. Upgrading text reading skills, document use skills, and numeracy skills are the focus of this program. Learners can prepare for the TOWES test free of charge; however, the administration of the TOWES test is subject to a small fee.
